چکیده
Water hyacinth is a weed in Rawa Pening because of its rapid growth. A handling effort very crucial thing and must be done immediately. This study aims to characterize organic compounds liquid smoke from dried water hyacinth. Characterization was carried out on which pyrolyzed at 200°C 600°C. Pyrolysis times were run 2 hours 6 hours. Liquid distilled before testing chemical composition using GCMS brand Shimadzu type QP 2010S. The results characterization are used decide that can utilized as food preservative. test report the produced had an acid percentage ranging 29.63% 37.23%, phenol 1.04 6.11%, remaining carbonyl 55.99% 68.90%. highest component value obtained 600°C pyrolysis conclusion preservative it contains acid, phenol, free Benzo (a) pyrene, cause cancer. So requirement for achieved, whereas generates acquisition natural preservatives utilize weeds. research helps us weeds resist environment manufacture preservatives.

Photonic crystal (PC) microcavities formed by 2D air holes on silicon-on-insulator substrates were utilized as biosensors to detect antibiotics with high specificity. The antibiotic, gentamicin, with molecular weight of only 478 g/mol, was successfully detected via its binding to corresponding antibody pre-immobilized on the sensor surface. Detection range (in concentration) was extended by com...
متن کاملLiquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in food safety.
The use of powerful mass spectrometric detectors in combination with liquid chromatography has played a vital role to solve many problems related to food safety. Since this technique is especially well suited for, but not restricted to the analysis of food contaminants within the food safety area, this review is focused on providing an insight into this field. The basic legislation in different...
متن کاملCharacterization of uremic "middle molecular" fractions by gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, isotachophoresis, and liquid chromatography.
Uremic ultrafiltrates (and normal serum, for comparison) were fractionated by means of gel filtration. The collected fractions were further investigated by combined analytical techniques: "high-performance" liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and isotachophoresis. Ultrafiltrate fractions in the so-called middle molecular mass region (Mr 500-2000) contained a considerab...

A simple and rapid microextraction procedure based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID) was developed for the extraction and analysis of 2-phenylethanol in rose water sample. In the proposed approach, carbon tetrachloride and ethanol were used as extraction and dispersive solvents, respectively. Some important pa...
